Impact Change Solutions Ltd was formed in 2008 by Jill Emery, Paul Johnston and Barry Scarr. From the start, we set out to provide a top class service for our clients that would provide value for money and a personal approach.
What we don’t do is a ‘one size fits all’ out of the box solution – we wouldn’t enjoy delivering it, and you wouldn’t like the result. We recognise that every organisation has unique needs, and we will design and provide a bespoke service for you based on those needs. We combine our core specialisms – finance, value for money, transformation, HR, culture, change management, customer services and project management – into a tailored solution that will deliver to your individual requirements.
Our company vision – Improving Organisations, Transforming lives – says it all. We work with Public Sector organisations and their partners to improve services. We do this through consultancy, interim management, and ‘critical friend’ support and challenge. The improvement of services is meaningless, unless it has an impact on the users of public services. Some of the work that we do, especially in the Adult Social Care sector, can literally transform lives. This is where we are focussed – not on ticking boxes or self assessments, but in making a real difference to organisations and the people they serve.
Bespoke consultancy services to public sector organisations and their partners at the right price.
