Children’s Services Finance Review

We will review Children’s Services finances, in partnership with an experienced Director of Children’s Services. These bespoke reviews will examine:

• Children’s budgets and history
• Level of performance and comparison to other councils
• Robustness assessment of savings and investment plans
• Demand management and trajectory of demand
• Workforce strategy and agency costs
• Commissioning strategy and unit costs
• Sufficiency strategy and capital investment plans

These reviews can be in relation to social care, SEND, Home to School Transport or a mixture of services.

The end produce is a bespoke report and presentation that will identify strengths, areas of risk where improvements can be made.
