Mentoring

At Impact Change Solutions we have all had a mentor at some stage of our careers to help us navigate the complexities of a new role or to support our career development. Our mentoring offer can provide you with a sounding board or advice in your particular field. Our expertise will support:

  • A newly appointed Director of Finance or Resources in the public sector who is getting to grips with this statutory role and particular financial challenges
