What our clients say:

Paul has made a very significant contribution to the West Midlands ADASS Improvement programme in 2023/24 and his contribution is valued by all at WM ADASS. Paul’s key achievements include developing an innovative dashboard to strengthen oversight and help manage risks arising from International Recruitment, producing high-quality analysis and insights about Continuing Health Care eligibility and Better Care Fund expenditure, and designing a strategic risk matrix for WM-ADASS. Over and above these clear outputs Paul has played a key in role in supporting fellow ADASS Associates and staff both within the West Midlands and beyond. It has been a pleasure to work with him.
I would like to express my gratitude for the huge amount of work that both Paul (and others) have undertaken on behalf of West Midlands ADASS in trailing the intervention we have developed to support displaced workers. Through the work that they undertook using the 22/23 funding on developing a data sharing platform that can be used nationally, it has put all of the regions in a really strong position to stand up the interventions. They have also worked tirelessly with colleagues at UKVI to improve data sharing as well as having taken on the challenge to be the first region to put the intervention into practice in the pilot. We are able to use the learning and insights from the work that Paul and others are undertaking to help develop other regions plans and we would not be in the position that we are without them. They have been instrumental to our policy thinking and development and we are incredibly grateful to them for all of their support.
